I love this machine because it helps me to enjoy releasing a new and softer, more youthful look & feel of my face. I have yet to try it on my arms etc. but I am excited to do my other body parts for the summer season. The machine is nice and compact, however I wish the case was a bit larger for fitting the hose, power cord more neatly, the case is still nice for keeping everything together in one place, it would have also been nicer to have a larger case so that I could store all my diamond tips inside the case as well. A help line number for questions, tips, etc. would have been nice for a novice person such as myself. With all that being said, I still rate this machine 5 stars because of the results achieved after using it on my face, my makeup glides on more evenly & smoother (wow! my makeup glides on)...and yet the best is that I am using less makeup rather than more. It's not a miracle machine by no means, and yet it is a miracle machine? I wouldn't give up my machine for all the tea in China..LOL!...It's the softness of my skin when I happen to touch my face throughout the day that makes this purchase truly delightful!! I also would like to mention that I have suffered with oily skin all of my life...and it seems that my new skin is producing less oiliness, which makes my makeup last fresher on my face longer...for those of you who are beginners at this like I am I would suggest you visit "you tube" and watch actual demonstrations....it's worth your time! I have already learned and experienced that if my diamond tip starts to pull or drag heavily against my skin ...I need to turn the power down some...which will leave tiny scratches about the face...but they do heal quite fast in no time with little or no down time...I take my time and do one area evenly and thoroughly and get superb results which pleases me greatly. I love nourishing my skin after using the machine with a mixture of aloe vera & tea tree oil before using my normal moisturizers etc. I will be 62 years old later this year, my dermatologist told me because I have "very" over active oil glands is what keeps my aging prcoess in a slow cycle...I will never look 25 again, but I don't look in my 50's or 60's yet, and now I have a machine that will stimulate new skin to the surface and collagen more rapidly to keep the improvement of a more youthful complexion, and the softness in my face without all the excess oil build up..ooooh life is sweet! One final praise is that my breakouts have minimized as well. I am very pleased and satisfied with my decision to purchase this machine and I hope it lasts for many years to come? I have an extremely dry skin on my face, I've been dealing with it since childhood, I also have an exzema.
While living in PA, I was going to a great beautician Debra for microdermabrasion sessions and my skin looked fine.
When I moved to another state, maybe because of the stress of moving, a new job, big city pollution,etc. my face got covered with acnes and no matter what I did, it was getting worse and worse every day. I went to three different spas (each visit cost from $125-$200 plus tips), hoping that this one will make it work and will fix my problems, changed my routine products, each time to the best one according to a new beautician, I went from SKII to Natura Bisse then to some Texan holistic cosmetic (pretty good one actually! and cheap)then to Babor, then Darphin, and nothing, nothing was happening! I was so ashamed of myself, it got to the point that there was not a clean spot on my entire face, once the pimple was gone, it would leave a mark and because I have a very fair skin, it will not disappear for a while. Then a new pimple will show up out of nowhere to replace the old one and the story continued. I couldn't leave the house without layers and layers of foundation and concealer on my face anymore. And all the money I spent!I couln't go to beauty "experts" for help, it was just too depressing and pointless, that trial and error game seemed not to work at all.

Then it came to me- I thought if there is a big professional size microdermabrasion machine Debra was using, there should be a smaller version for personal use, right? The only place to shop for microdermabrasion machine would be amazon. I've done my research and $189.00 I paid for this miracle worker worth every single penny and returned its cost many times over although I only have it for one and a half month. This is the best ever purchase I've made for my face. My skin is clear and glowing, pimples are gone, there are none to a very minimal amount of fading post-pimple marks. I wish I bought this machine long time ago.

I am an aesthetician in the Northern Arizona area and purchased this mini microdermabrasion machine because it is small, portable and convenient for mobile treatments. I was honestly very suprised at the quality of both the machine and the attachments! Though suction needs to be run rather high (typical of less expensive microderm machines) the manufacturer provides you with two heavy duty handles and a nice range of diamond tips, suitable for every level/type of treatment for your client. Since microdermabrasion is no longer aggressive enough as a "stand alone" treatment and is fast becoming a modality of prepping the skin for peels, or microneedling, it makes no sense to spend thousands of dollars on large and sometimes messy "clinical grade" machines. This little guy does the job just fine - and at a price that makes it easy for you to buy more than one if needed!!My only complaint would be that the manufacturer does not provide space within the case to carry the handles and the diamond tips, but I honestly don't think you can find a better product for the money. Very happy with my purchase!!

WOW!! am I suprised... I love this machine... My face felt 5 lbs lighter in weight and felt free of layers of dead dull skinlayers.. it felt like my face could breath again!! Baby butt soft skin.. I have used other machines and they either didnt work, or were WIMPY... I had to use them at full blase and barely felt anything... I hooked up this machine, expecting I would have to use it on full blast.. OMG!! I was so amazed by the power and suction.. the tips are perfect.. and I get soo many different tips with this machine... I couldnt wait to tell my friends.. back to the power and suction... I had to dial down to 1/2 power and got wonderful results... Definately recommend to anyone who has had a dermabrasion treatment from a Dr, so you know what to expect and dont overdo it... this machine is strong enough to really take some skin off... so you'd better know what your doing when using this machine.I love this machine and the shipping was super fast!!! 2 thumbs up!

So what are you waiting for... just do it! I use to go back and fourth thinking about buying it and finally I thought "you know what you will never know until you try it"... I then went back and fourth with which brand to buy. I came across this and saw the wand and the tips looked more durable and gives better control of the area of the face. It also came with other size tips for larger areas of the body, other machines only had one size tip. It even comes with tiny tips which I use for under my eyes to get rid of my dark circles from working the night shift. Those dark circles have diminished too along with my fine lines. I've had microdermabrasions at lazar centers and this really works! I have been using it for the past month now and I have seen the results that I normally get when I use to go to the expensive lazar centers. My skin is smoother the little pimples have diminished so much that I can finally wear hair in a ponytail now and see my face glowing. I found it best to watch the you tube videos before doing it yourself.

I bought this not really knowing much about it and more based on the price & how it looks.This machine is fantastic. I use it on myself and afterwards i always get compliments about how my skin looks like its glowing.I have some friends who have insisted i do it for them, so i feel like a beautician.It is gently enough to use every 2 weeks but i just use it when i feel like my skin is looking dull and rough on the nose.I use it in combination with lactic acid which just eats away at the rest of dead skin that the machine lifts but doesn't remove.I find this really just polishes the skin making it smooth and radiant.The skin is at its most absorbent after that so i use a hydrating mask and then a rich moisturizer with aloe and vitamin E to replenish the skin.

As a long time spa devotee who's finances suffered as a result of the economy, I decided that I would try home Microderm.. and WOW. This machine does what it says! I am normally oily / acne prone and this has done what my bi-monthly trips to the spa did! I'm not shiny, my acne is diminishing.. I'm BEYOND thrilled. If you've given up spa visits also, I recommend you try this machine - AMAZING results.

I am a licensed skincare professional Color Me Beautiful Spa,in Houston Tx. This is a great product for a smaller and more personal spa like mine. I like the size that is the reason I bought it. It gives me the same results as a high tech machine thats bigger and takes up room and not as noisey.I priced several diamond dermabrasion machines with the same tools just higher wattage and this one gives the same beautiful results and less mess to clean. My clients pay $65 a treatment, so I have earned my money back and more. Also it works great as a combo treatment with an AHA (mild chemical peel)Lactic acid. It's Awesome for travel and special events. Buy one.

This machine is great.. I recently purchased another machine called nubrilliance and it was the biggest waste of money... So I decided to look on amazon and found the real deal microdermabrasion machine... And I love it!..the suction is great. FYI if you don't know how to use it I would suggest YouTube or if your an esthetician.. you can get certified from a beauty school that offers microdermabrasion classes. And by the way.. don't waste your money on anything else..you'll make your money back within 3 treatments..
