This is the best non-stick pan that I have ever used. I only use a slight amount of oil, but it could essentially be oil free for a lot of uses. Foods will crisp up very well with little or no oil. Easy to clean as well, could be a wipe out with a paper towel, with most foods. Takes high heat without burning, or staining the inside of the pan.

A nice pan. Browns wonderfully, clean up is great!! Very large and having a lid is great. Pricy though. A little light, wish it were heavier but so far so good.

I was very leary to spend $70.00 one one pan, but I have had so many that end up looking teribble with peeling finishes and the food still sticking to them, I thought I'd give this pretty one a try. The first thing I tried was the fried egg and it works exactly as the video shows; it is awesome for all egg cooking. Nothing has stuck to this pan yet, I even forgot about some rice cooking and had to scrap it off the bottom, but it didn't stick; a wooden spoon completely loosened it and left no mess to scrub. It has been that way with everything I cooked in it so far, things brown nicely on med-high heat and clean up with a dab of soap and a swish with the sponge. It is quite large with the handle and cover, and I haven't decided which old ones are getting tossed yet, so it's home has been right on the black stove top, and I have to say I like looking at it because it is so pretty and classy. I would have given it 5 stars but in 2 places, right on the little tiny lip of the pan, it is missing some of the ceramic glaze paint(the white finish), so I took off a star for that. I don't think it will chip because of that, but it is my only dissappointment.

I was shocked and amazed by this pan. When I went to clean it after the first use it had dried food. I put it in the sink intending to let it soak i walked away and when i came back to turn off the water it was almost completely clean!! I wiped and cleaned it with a rag and didn't have to scrap or even use the scrub brush!! I highly recommend this pan and am going to buy other pans by this same company.

Just get this. With matching lid, silicone handle, tall sides, great color, white interior, silicone helper handle, easy clean, no stick etc. etc.

I use this to make my chicken caccatorie dis. One fast easy step using the pan to cook all ingredients. & easy to clean. I have the 10 in & 12 in sate pans. & the 2 quart pan. Wish you had the 1 qt, 3 qt & 8, 10, 12 qt pans.
cooking with the creamic inside is so clean better than teflon & safer.
